Holly is an Iowan by marriage to Andy, and a Hawkeye quite by good fortune! They have been constant game day watch friends of our club for over a decade and Holly has already sold property to and for our members over the years!

Lower priced first-time buyers to million-dollar plus home transactions, she feels it is totally important to treat each and every client with the same respect, care and attention, no matter the commission! Holly has even forfeited thousands of dollars in income to help a transaction close!

A life-long Disney fan and Grammy to three wonderful babies – two boys here locally (Malakye – 3 and Mattheus – almost 1) and a sweet granddaughter (Winter – 1) in Orlando – Holly also loves to give back to her community and serves/has served on many non-profits. She is currently on the Board of Directors for the Edison Festival of Lights and is their Chairperson for the MuttStrutt – dog lovers, be sure to ask about this amazing event in February of each year!
